All this speech seen very optimistic..and the talk about North of India being the source of young generation ..which is really impossible task considering that
70% of of North Indians are uneducated ..the elected politician are also uneducated More than 60% leaves below the poverty line. And in a corrupted government which doesn't wants to make reform to the poor and illiterate so that the can get their vote ...its seem like a impossible task ..unless the corruption is fixed
